The vision

Vision for CrossDoc

My vision for CrossDoc has been shaped by many years of work close to reality.

Where rules meet practice

First on the construction site as a carpenter. And since 2009 working with companies, employees and compliance. I have seen how rules meet practice, and what happens when the two don't align.

I know where things go wrong. And I know why.

It's rarely a question of will. It's a question of understanding. The Danish labour market is complex, and for many foreign companies and employees it becomes a challenge to navigate correctly through rules and collective agreements. This is where compliance slowly slides into non-compliance.

The auditor's nail gun

Throughout my work, I have missed a tool that could support the audit process in a way that matches reality.

When I worked as a carpenter, I swapped my framing hammer for a nail gun. It didn't make the craft less important, but it made the work faster, more precise and more efficient.

CrossDoc was developed with the same idea.

It is the auditor's nail gun.

A tool that doesn't replace expertise, but amplifies it. That automates heavy document handling and frees up time for what creates real value. Assessment, dialogue and insight.

With CrossDoc we move from traditional risk-based sample checks, where perhaps 10 percent are checked, to a situation where it is possible to carry out full control of all employees across all companies.

This provides an entirely new level of transparency.

Errors are discovered earlier. Deviations are handled faster. And both companies and employees get a much stronger basis for working correctly.

A labour market on a common foundation

My vision is not just better control.

It is a labour market where rules are not a barrier, but a common foundation.

Where companies can act with confidence, because they know they are doing the right thing.

Where employees can go to work with peace of mind, because their conditions are in order.

And where problems are discovered in time.

Before employees lose wages they are entitled to.

Before companies end up in conflicts with trade unions.

Before cases develop into fines, claims or publicity that can harm or in the worst case close an otherwise healthy business.

And where compliance is about catching problems early, correcting them in time, and creating frameworks that prevent them from arising again.

CrossDoc is not just a tool. It is a step towards a more transparent, more just and more trust-based labour market.
